Happy Monday! I am still finding my way around these boards. I wanted to post my results of first week - have lost 8 lbs! I am happy with this start.

WOW! 8 pounds, that's great! Ive only lost two pounds this week myself but im coming off of being sick so the diet is out the window until i feel like myself again - thats an awesome week for you, congratulations
