Throwing left over plain popcorn to the fish ....... OP all day yesterday. Aiming for a great day today as well. Seas are calm here.

Well, WHEN I make it to bed tonight I will have had 4 straight POP days. Tomorrow is planned. I went shopping on my lunch break and bought nearly two weeks worth of breakfasts and lunches for me to keep at work. Feeling pretty good about it!

woo hoo...thank you for this lifeboat! I am now back in the 220s barely...but its there! My plan is to be in the teens by the end of year. Well thats my dream! LOL This next 10 days I will exercise daily!

Yep - today is day 10! I'll be out of town for the weekend - can someone start a new lifeboat please and thanks.

We are headed to Branson for the weekend - I've never been and we'll be gone for Christmas so hoping to find some holiday spirit. I've heard it's beautiful there for the holidays - I think most of the fall color will be gone. It will be a nice getaway.

All that being said - I plan to walk alot and make good choices and come back at this weight or lower.
