Thumbs up New Scale, Weighs Body Fat...Cool
Had to buy new scale. Shows pounds, body fat and percentage, bone density, and bmi. Weigh this morning was up 1 pound, but my body fat was down 3 points, and my bmi was down 1 point. WooHoo

Woohoo indeed!

I bought a new scale last month when I started a plan. It does body fat too, but I've never used that feature.

I guess I should, I think maybe tracking those figures in addition to my weight will help me.

I got one a month ago, and I love it. It does BMI and body fat% along with weight. I check my BMI and Body Fat% once per week, and just weigh myself on the other days.

Location: Initial goal was 150ish. Kept adjusting down to 135. Recently set new goal to 125! BMI Normal Weight!

I have one of these too. I really like it.
