Cool Happiness is feeling healthy and alive.
Yesterday, I realized how happy I have been since January. If you had known me then you would not of known that: I was at my heaviest (350), used a cane, couldnt walk up stairs, couldnt sit in a booth, layed on the couch a lot, tv was my life. But all that has changed. I made a life style change. I've lost the 86 pounds, no cane, stairs still a little challenging but i dont avoid them, sat in a booth the other day, no time for laying on couch. And i smile all the time. And yesterday i looked cute in some new clothes. I still need to lose alot, but I am looking forward to the adventure. As the cheerleaders say, bring it on.

Not needing the cane anymore must be so amazing for you. Very well done. Especially calling this a life style change. I wish you the best of continued success and thank you for sharing your story!
