I actually have 3 scales.
Sometimes when I'm unhappy with one is saying, I'll weigh myself on the other 2 for a moral boost.
It's impossible for me to miss a weigh-in.
I know most people will say it's best to weigh yourself once a week, but if I go a week of hard work and no progress I will give up, that's why I'd rather the daily thing, at least I see it moving somehow. LOL
Anywho, just to say, ur not the only one

I weight at home scale in the morning.
My work has a scale, that I weight in when I get there (it's always shows the heaviest)
The gym has one that I always step on when I'm there.
So ya, three scales!! My home scale shows the lightest. My DH *promised* to get me a new one, but haven't seen it yet, and I've been on this journey since August....

May the Force be with me.
This is one of my personal challenges -- to stay off the scale.
Funny thing today too, my daughter asked me "how you doin' on your diet" and I said....I don't know--I weigh in tomorrow. She said I haven't been talking about it like I was, and I said I'm trying to not be as obsessed about it as I had been.
