Default New to This Group and Excited to Support Each Other
I wanted to introduce myself. This seems like a very supportive group.

I am in my mid-30s and need to lose about 170 pounds to get my goal weight. I am following Weight Watchers. I lost a lot of weight with them before, but gained it back plus some, and want to lose for good.
