I remember a few years ago being on this website with a different user name.
Today I was wondering what my stats were then...how much I had loss. I think I stayed on program for 3 months or so before I had some seriously tough family issues to deal with, along with all the emotions that went with it, and lost focus.

Finally found my "old" posts from 2009.

I started at 310.

That shocked me.

When I stepped on the scale before my stress test and saw 313 I thought it was the first time I had been in the 300's in my life.

How did I block that out?? I'm baffled by it.

This time, however, WILL be different. It may take me a few years, but I am not leaving. As my name says...I am changed for life! : )
