So, I want to lose 20 lbs. by Halloween. My mom is going to try to lose 20 lbs. also. It's nice to have that kind of support when your trying to lose weight.

I'd like to be thinner by then if I decide to go do something, I wanna be able to have one of those more sexy costumes. haha. I'mma try for 30 but at least 20 pounds by halloween.
This is exactly what I am trying to do also! I am right now at 370... hoping to hit 350 on 10/31 - of course more would be great! lol
I am doing daily exercise on wii (Walk It Out - love this game! addicted!) and upping my water and fiber. Chewing foods more carefully is a big thing for me.
So, should we do weigh ins on Mondays?

I'm in too. I just joined OA, and started my abstinence from carbs and sugar yesterday morning. I hope to take off at least 20 by Halloween. Good luck to all of you- how are you going to do it??

I have recently gone gluten free and am now working to cut carbs out of my life.
Slowly getting there. I think i just need to take the plunge. (atleast bread is already cut, hahaah)
this is my first mini goal!! well 26lbs but whatever! sooo doable and hoping i can stay strong and actually complete a mini goal for the first time in my life lol
