I used to be active on the board here, but life and all that got in the way. I've been stuck at the same weight for a freaking year, and it's ticking me off. Over the year, I have tried going back on to South Beach. Each time it made me super sick, and I had to stop. So, now I'm just going to eat right and exercise to lose the weight. I will more than likely do Weight Watchers to get a handle on things at first. The kids go back to school this week, so I'll have more time to work out without being interrupted every 5 seconds.

That's awesome that you maintained your initial loss for a year! Congratulations!

Thanks! I'm shocked I stayed the same. I'm ready to break through this no losing weight phase.

Welcome back!

Holy moly you were able to maintain?! That is phenomenal! You'll get back into the swing of things and be able to take off more as you go along.

First of all, the fact that you maintained is AMAZING! You can do this! WW is an amazing program. Out of all the programs, I really believe that it is the only one you can do for life! And, it is based on what weight loss is really about: how much you take in vs. how much you put out.

I've been on WW for a while now and am doing great!

But, if you don't want to deal w/Points, good old fashioned calories is a pretty good way to go too.
