I am doing Atkins and have already lost 8 lbs or more (did a bad thing weighed in, in the middle of the day.) So may be more!! This is my (i lost count) time trying to lose weight. Luckily my hubby and I are doing it together he has lost 10 or more lbs too! I think we are going to do it I have not had any cravings in a week! I think we can do it this time!! __________________ every ten lbs
