Bravo on posting pictures.

I'm fairly certain the brain would be quite gray and wrinkly. We'll imagine what it looks like

Yeah I agree. Do you have any diet plans started? I'm doing a Slow-Carb Diet. I just started so I can't say its a miracle -yet- but Id DEFINITELY recommend it. After 3 days my stomach feels better and I never feel hungry

doing beans, fibers and even tofu. so protein and meats mostly and low carbs some calorie counting and exercise an hr a day before i go to sleep my general understanding is exercise causes muscle strain and fiber tear and when u sleep your body fixes that so... maybe i can link the 2 and benifit more plus then im not grabbing a snack before bed as all im gonna want to do is shower and sleep hehehe

That's similar to my diet. Just make sure you stretch a lot before working out or yeah, you can tear your muscles.

Good on you for braving the camera! I wish I had done the same when I started.

Looking forward to seeing plenty of "during" pictures of you as you lose, which I predict you'll do quickly. My nephew's a tall guy like you, and you tall folks seem to get skinny quick compared to gnomes like me.
