well posted new pix its day 25 and im on my 4th extra hole i had to make in my belt.... this feels awesome....hope i can finish this its starting to get weary and damn McD's smells so good

WAY TO GO! I can see a huge difference already! You are doing an amazing job.
Whenever I want fast food I look at youtube or websites that actually explain what is in that food and what it does to your body and that usually kills the craving right there.

You will love it here, everyone is very nice and helpful.
