45 minutes at the gym, cardio and weights. I did 210# on the leg press today. Wooooo! I used to do 300 in high school. Loving this. I feel my biceps and I see little Popeye muscles starting in my forearms.

Okay ... I have SO been falling short with my excersizes ... I know ... Boo!! But for a positive my eating has been very healthy!!! Anyhow ... I did do my excersizes today, LOL!! So I am trying to get back on track!!
So ... as I stated before I am working really hard at making sure I get my excersize in ... so I have develped a plan. I am a smoker (I know ... yuck ... but I am not about to try and quit right now with all the new diet stuff and sabotoge it ... BUT it WILL be a later goal!!) so when I go outside for a break I walk around the building I work in. I do two laps and it takes me about 5 minutes. So I do that at least 4 times and there is my extra 20 mins!!! I usually go more than 4 times and I will add that also, but I was so excited about my plan I had to update now!!

Personal 360 + 50 minutest at the gym and 20 minutes for the fastest grocery shopping spree I've ever done at 8 at night. 360 +70= 430. My boyfriend has been in the hospital 3 weeks now by the time he is discharged Friday. It's wearing me out, but he will finally be home! Looking forward to him being close by. I've been there every day! You guys are all doing great on your minutes. I'll be catching up on that this month I hope.
