One minute it's an acceptance and making small changes and being proud of what I've done. The next it's guilt and shame and how could I ever let it get this way and it won't come off fast enough. Sometimes in the same breath!
Such a juxtaposition of opposite feelings that go hand-in-hand. It's very odd, and I completely understand it.
