I saw this in the 100+club where I lurk a bit, and thought it was a great idea..


Everyday let's post a " I will stay on plan toda because...."

I'll start -

"I will stay on plan today because I want to throw out some fat clothes at the end of this week"

Hopefully we all did stay ON plan for the day!

It's Wednesday and I will stay ON PLAN today because I have 39 days in a row on plan, and I AM NOT stop now.
