I had a great workout tonight! I've done the walk diet dvd for years now off and on. Tonight I picked up a new one. It's called walk at home, and has from one to five miles on it. I only managed one, but it was a lot more than the one on the old dvd. So glad I bought it, I was just looking for a change, thinking she would at least say different things and it showed different people on it, but I got a whole new workout, more fat burning like it says. Just wanted to share in case anyone else was looking for a new walk workout.
