I know alot of us are focused on the weight aspect of weight loss but lets not forget our measurements take a hit as well. So for those of you who take measurements as well I wanted to start this thread.
I will do this with you! I will take my measurements now then update on Sundays because that's my weigh-in day. I added some extra measurements that I would like to monitor for myself.
The only measurement I have taken in the past is waist, and I started at 55 inches.
You know what, I will. I do my weight ins on Sunday so I can just get it all in then and also have a better idea of what's going on with my body since the scale isn't always the best measurement. Hope you don't mind I added some measurements. Once upon a time a 20" necklace would choke me or just not fasten and bracelets and watches were a nightmare. Same with boots that go over your calf. I'd like to see those areas change on me, so I put them in with the others.
Waist: 44 inches
RA (Right Arm): 18 inches
LA (Left Arm): 17.5 inches
RT (Right thigh): 29 inches
LT (Left thigh): 28.5 inches
RC (Right Calf): 19 inches
LC (Left Calf): 19.5 inches
Hips: 52 inches
Breast (fullest area): 49 inches
Breast (Band): 43 inches
Right Wrist: 6.5 inches
Left Wrist: 6.5 inches
Neck: 15.5 inches

It seems better than it is because last time I measured after having had breakfast and lunch and I was bloated from TOM. Still, it's nice to see the numbers come down like that and I wish I had starting stats! What an awesome idea this was Lynnie!
