fyi...in case you missed the show HEAVY on A&E. they are repeat showing both the first and second episodes one at noon, and one at 1 pm EST.

i am really enjoying watching this show. i love inspiring weight loss stories. i love it that it was pre-filmed so that by the end of the show, you get to see all the wonderful progress they have made due to their hard work and you don't have to wait for the next show!!
