I noticed about 5 days after I started counting calories. The first 2 days I counted my NORMAL intake and it was... over 5k. Yeah. I stepped down to 1500by the 4th day and when I weighed on the 5th day I had lost 2lbs. I was in shock.
I was one of those "No matter what I do, I just CANT lose weight!" people. Well thats because I wasnt trying, to be completely honest. But yeah, 2lbs turned in to 7lbs and omg Im under 300lbs! It was addicting to say the least.
