Thumbs down I've gained!!! :(

WTH!!! I am 370... I know the beer and pizza for the last few nights have now caught up with me. Like who know pizza and beer would do that.

I am semi ok with this gain. I know why I have gained and it was semi expected.


Fresh Veggies and Fruit is now on the menu.

I LOOK at pizza and gain. I have quickly learned anything not prepared at home equals gain because it's so loaded with sodium.

I HATE that but it is SO true! Even when I choose from the "healthy" menu in a restaurant...I gain!!

I did too! Pizza and beer hate me no matter how much I love them. I ate pizza and didnt workout yesterday. Up 2lbs this morning just from yesterday morning when I ate it! Today its veggies, stirfry, everything made at home. <3

Drink extra fluids!! It's the salt in the pizza (cheese, dough, extras). You didn't eat 7000 calories to gain 2 lbs of fat overnight.

i just sabotaged my diet today also with pizza rofl and the last 2 days i ate horrible as well im up like 6 lbs i think over the last few days i know some is water weight I am going to be good tomorrow also you aren't alone thats for sure.

yumm pizza. fNOOOOOOOOO ... i love some dominos pizza...no no no...probably a good thing i don't have any money,, pizza is evil. but you know what i would rather be under 300 pounds then having the temporary euphoria of grease and fat...i do need to fix some lunch here soon.

everyone has their days of weakness and a lifetime of habits can't be changed over night, you can do it, i have to watch the rest of my family eat bad stuff all day long, but i decided i am not depriving myself of food, by not doing this i am depriving myself of life
