Too sick to exercise :(
The past week I have felt miserable. Coughing, chills and general yucky. I exercised on Sunday but haven't since then. I don't have a lot of energy. Should I push on and do like 15 minutes instead of an hour?:carrot:

Sounds like a flu bug of some sorts. Lots of rest and plenty of fluids. Exercise will be there when your feeling better. I hope you feel better soon.

i agree with Beautiful and Learn. Don't want to put more stress on your body and prolong the flu/cold/justplainickyness you got. Get well soon! <3

yes just rest and continue to watch your eating you can exercise when you feel better
