excited that i actually started my diet today, i requested a blog from here, but i haven't heard anything back but it helps for me to write down everything and hope that someone reads it ha.. and i got 3 fruits and 9 cups of water..which are two of my biggest issues..no exercise...i downloaded a belly dance video, but i refuse to do it in front of anyone else, so i have to wait until the living room is empty, trying to get zumba also, hurt my legs doing stupid lunges yesterday on the bl wii game, so i was not going to attempt today. my calories was around 1300 but im guessing i will have a lil something else before i go to bed, i am a night owl. anyways that is that.
just looking forward to that day when the scale starts with a 2 instead of a 3
