Default Hiya newbie here

My name is Sonja. I am a 31yro (next month) stay at home mom with a 4yo and 6yro. I am going to try and start a low calorie diet that was suggested by my Dr and hopefully lose some weight.
For the last week I have just been trying to get used to not eating anything I want all day by watching my portions and making sure what I eat is good for me. I am going to start working on counting calories now. 1500 per day is what was suggested to me so I will try that for now.

I hope that I can keep up with this plan and meet some new friends here. I need all the support I can get, but dont we all? hehe

Hey there. Ive been following a low cal diet too and (though there are HUGE struggles and plateaus and generally blahness) its really working! Just hang in there. This is super cheesey but this is the first step. Deciding to do it.
