I worked out 60 minutes yesterday but forgot to post it. So my personal total would be 60 + 60 = 120

group total: 3,715 + 60 = 3775.

I haven't been on for the last few days so here is my time.

Jan 8th: I helped take down christmas decorations around town and then had bowling leagues that night. So I am going to only count half of both. 180 minutes.

Jan 9th: Today I did biggest loser on the wii and 1/2 a deck of cards. 120 minutes.

Personal Total: 228 + 300 = 528

Group Total: 3915 + 300 = 4215

-50 mins. Snow Shoveling (8 more inches overnight. Ugh, when will it END?!)
-30 mins. Weights (Upper Body)
-30 mins. Yoga
