-15 mins. Yoga
-15 mins. EA Sports Active on Wii
-30 mins. Weight Training (Upper Body)
-10 mins. Punching Bag

Personal Total: 515 + 100 = 615/2,500

Group Total: 2,690 + 100 = 2,790

I'm going to go ahead and set a goal of 2,500 mins for myself, since I've done well this week, and I think I can reach that!

I didn't make it on the computer last night so I am updating today.
I took a lighter day yesterday due to the soreness and I feel so much better! Ready to hit it again today now!

15 minutes walking + 4 flights of stairs = 25
Exercise with hubby(not sure if this counts) 60

Personal Total: 143 + 85 = 228

Group Total: 2790 + 85 = 2875

Oh gosh you guys I am soooo sick! I've been in bed for 2 days. I managed to take my dogs out today for 10 minutes and came into work like an idiot. Now I feel worse then I did yesterday! I think my personal minutes goals for the month is in the toilet, and we are only 1 week in. SO sad. Oh well. I guess I can only do what I can do...
