Got all my morning walks in and started conservative couch to 5k tonight! I am also on day 3 of a cold and I managed to work through it. I'm super proud of myself for getting all 70 minutes in.

By the way, I made a nice word document log for the cC25k that outlines all the phases really compactly and I am happy to give it to anyone who thinks they might want to join me

What a cool idea to combine all these magical minutes! And looking at the 2010 thread, what an AMAZING amount of hard work you folks put in last year. I'm new, and I'm slow, but I'm in.

I did 30 minutes today. I wont make a goal for myself for right now, my goal is to just add more activity, even if small amounts.

So the group total would be 2257 + 30 = 2287

Hello, I'm jumping in.

I have been ill and don't want to start back out with too high of an exercise goal. I am going to just see how much I exercise this month (without setting a specific goal).

Today, 2 mile walk - 38 mins

Hello all you FANTASTIC ladies~!!!! We are all doing so well!!! Tonight I did a biggest loser challenge on the wii. It was cycling and it was good and hard! I made it further than I thought I would though!

20 minutes on the wii w/ biggest loser. I also cleaned the kitchen while dancing around. 30 minutes and did 100 sit ups.

Personal Total: 103 +40 = 143

Group Total: 2445 + 40 = 2485

I did another 30 minutes today, wooo! Just walking on the treadmill and riding the exercise bike at home. So that brings my personal total to 60 minutes, and the group total to 2485 + 30 = 2515.
