Today was better but far from what it should have been.
I keep telling myself I have to stop beating myself up over the gain and just stop looking back at it and get my tail in gear and start losing again.

Heather- have a wonderful break with your hubby.

I woke up at 3 am with tummy issues. Not sure if its a bug or just my bodies reaction to bad food. I did pretty good overall yesterday. Today will be better!!!

Yesterday was a good day - well within my calories but still found some white carbs. Seriously considering eating like a caveman for a time - back to basics. It's when I give myself an inch miles and miles and miles are the result.

Tummy is much better this morning. Guess it may have been a touch of a bug or maybe just my body reaction to all the crappy foods I had eaten.

I survived 3 days of too much eating! But it definitely makes me want to get back on track.

I won't have much to add to the exercise thread for December - I need to get back to consistency with food and exercise. I feel so much better emotionally when that part of my life is handled.

Wasn't POP yesterday - scale holding steady.

I end the year 15 lbs heavier than I started it - very frustrated that I worked so hard most of the year and poor choices have put me here.

I checked my stats for the year and I have maintained my 15-20lb gain from the year before. Guess it could be worse. I have really slacked this year and exercise just wasnt there often. Eating right just doesnt get it for me. Exercise has to be there daily.
Everyone complained and made fun of me for being so OCD about my food and exercise journal. I let it slide and I truly think thats why I gained.
My plan is back to what works...exercise daily even if I dont want to do it. Write down each bite and figure out the macros of it. I know what works but why is it so hard?? I truly think part of my problem is I dont put myself first. 2011 is going to be all about ME!! I want back in my 16 jeans and I want them to get baggy!!!

Okay, I'll fess. I gained 17 pounds this year. Like Carol, I feel a bit frustrated because I didn't completely fall off plan.

But my goals for the year go beyond weight loss, but also encompass them. I need to be organized about my life in a lot of areas. Debbie nailed it. I need to exercise and WRITE ALL MY FOOD DOWN!!
