Default 300+ Monthly Wellness Goals Challenge-NOVEMBER 2010

Here's how it works: Everyone of us has wellness goals. Break those goals up into small, achievable steps and challenge yourself to meet your goals by the end of the month. They can be a number of pounds lost; please keep it reasonable and safe, dietary goals, goals to change your mindset, etc. There is already a 300+ Monthly Exercise Goal so we won't do exercise goals here.

Let's all support and encourage each other on this life long journey. Don't get discouraged if you don't meet your goal, just keep on challenging yourself.

You can join at any time.

Remember goals should be...
■S = Specific
■M = Measurable
■A = Attainable
■R = Realistic

I've been lazy last month about posting, but I'll join you this month. So here are my goals:

- DONT Exercise every day..(I think Ive been oversporting so I wanna take like 2 days without Exercise this month unless it's walking my dog)
- Lose 10lbs (It's getting harder each month, but I hope it still works out)
- eat at least 2x Lunch a week very low carb or carbs free

I am going to start with a couple.

1) Exercise of some kind every day!
2) Write down every thing that goes into my mouth.

I will write down every bite that goes into my mouth.
I will exercise daily!
Drink all my water daily...I have been slacking and my kidneys dont like it!

Im all in this month, My goals are:
work out atleast 3 days a week
eat 4 servings of vegetables each day
pay more attention to what I eat
Lose 10 lbs

Write down all my foods daily

Howdy all! Here are my goals...

~Eat out only 2 times this month
~Eat sensibly each day, with several small meals
~Drink plenty of water each day
~Attempt to keep track of my food intake
~Attempt to walk a bit each day
~See a drop on the scale

Not the best goals... but I gotta start somewhere. I have purchased some Healthy Choice frozen dinners to help with my long days of work. (Not sure what others opinions on them are on a nutritional level... but right now, in the beginning of this life change, I am good with them.)

I only have a few goals for this month. I fell off the wagon for a while, and am now just trying to get back on.

- 30 Minutes of Exercise Each Day
- Stick around 1500 Calories
- Make Healthier Choices
