Howdy all! Here are my goals...
~Eat out only 2 times this month
~Eat sensibly each day, with several small meals
~Drink plenty of water each day
~Attempt to keep track of my food intake
~Attempt to walk a bit each day
~See a drop on the scale
Not the best goals... but I gotta start somewhere.
I have purchased some Healthy Choice frozen dinners to help with my long days of work. (Not sure what others opinions on them are on a nutritional level... but right now, in the beginning of this life change, I am good with them.)
