Mixed it up a bit instead of doing the steps over and over. Feel like I got more of a workout.

I decided to do the Wii Advance Step today, and boy.. was that a work out! I'm covered in sweat, it's pouring from my hair lol. It's so sad, 'cause I haven't sweat this much since I started working out. It was a lot of fun, though. Group Total: 30 + 4,014 = 4,044 learningtoliveagain - I would totally feel awesome after doing that, 'cause I'm usually lazy. baseboards would be a once a month thing for me! lol.
