Pretty good. I've cut out as much processed food as I can, in also in the last 9 months, we've eaten out maybe 8 times, and if we have to I try to head to Jason's Deli. I've also went on a "get rid of as much high frutose corn syrup" as I can, it's amazing how that shows up in things you'd never think would have it. Fruits and veggies are always in the house, junk food is not allowed here, period. I eat when I'm hungry, I don't eat for emotional comfort anymore. Also no more binge eating at night, I think I've done that 2 times maybe in the last 9 months. I feel like crap afterward and it's just not worth it so that's gone. When I'm away from home, I don't eat to make other people feel better, been there, done that, when I'm done, I'm done. Very rarely do I get seconds, I converse during meals and try not to eat in front of the TV. I call that zombie eating. I never eat of the box or bag, it goes in a plate or a bowl. I've learned I'm not a savage, nor should I eat like one.
Through trial and error, I've learned what works for me, and I like it.
I like what you said here. This sounds just like me. All the snack eating. I just can't stop. And my husband and I are always eating in front of the TV. Ahhhhhhhhh I need more tips like this and MORE WILL POWER. I'm a snackaholic!
