WOOT Just done another HARD 23 minutes. I was playing wii, and running in place the whole time (just about... LOL). When I wasn't running in place, I was making sure to take a lot of steps to hit the ball. Moving VERY dramatically from side to side (for the backnhand etc). And when I would lose I would make myself "do sprints". Knee up to boob, high steppin' double time run in place.
I lost a lot. I sprinted a lot. I sweated a lot. And I'm just now breating well again. LOL All the kids and Larry are at a high school foot ball team. I'm more comfortable to do it like that now. Hoping to get up and do another 15 min or so, but not if I don't catch my breath soon. LOL
