Had cheese yesterday so this is going to be a long week! Also ate horribly again yesterday. It's stress eating and I know it. I won't make it to official weigh-in this week because that is when the service for my co-workers baby will be.

Oh Boy..so I decided to track what I ate (binged on) yesterday so that I could at least get a tracking day out of it.
79.5 POINTS
Not proud of how much or what I ate but I am proud that I'm being accountable for it.

Only ate out once yesterday. None so far today.
No exercise yet this week.
Was on plan yesterday and so far today. Didn't bring enough food to work today so I will have more to eat tonight (Not too bad but more than I wish).

I seriously need to stop binging between 7pm and 2am....grrrr!
Tomorrow is the funeral for my friends baby. I talked to her today and she told me it meant a lot to her that I was there and that she looked to me and one of my friends to be honest with her about what was happening in the delivery room and thanked me for being honest. Seeing it all through my own eyes was traumatic but hearing her version was heart breaking. I hope this service gives me the closure I am looking for.

Did not eat out yesterday.
Stayed on plan.
However, I have yet to exercise. I did something to my hip last week and it is still hurting. Hopefully, will still get in exercise this week.
Goodnuff: I know today will be a tough day but you are a strong person. I'm glad you can be there for your friend. I pray it brings continued healing for you both. Also praying you are able to not binge tonight. It doesn't make us feel better in the end. Hang in there.

Today was definitely hard but I am feeling better. Still ate so much today. There was a potluck after the funeral and then my mom and I went to a buffet for supper. She is vegan right now and is in such good control of herself. Of course she's 111 pounds and walks at least 5 miles/day...oh how I want to be more similar to her :-)

This is a great idea, and I'd love to join even though August is almost half over. You all are so awesome.
My wellness goals:
*To walk at least 3 nights a week. (This is a huge one for me. Tonight on a whim I walked around my block for the first time since I got sick with congestive heart failure. I didn't even think I could do it, so I'm going to keep doing that one block until I can do another. )
*No pizza on the weekends. I've got to talk my family and myself out of it.
*Play in my church's softball game on the 22nd.

I tracked all of my food and stayed in my points, so that is 4/20 days tracked!!!

Only ate out once on Thursday, none on Friday, and once on Saturday!
I think I stayed on plan this whole week but it was hard to know for sure as I ate out and had to guesstimate 2 meals this week. Usually when I go out I go to places I know the points but didn't have that option this week. I did not exericse this week, Hip is still hurting.
I wiegh in later today. I'll check back tomoorow.

Ohlove: I love the no pizza goal. I have not order pizza in a few months now but I have come to LOVE the WW and Lean Cuisine Pizza. Plus they are already potioned for one meal. LOVE THAT! My 3 year old even likes them.
