Ladies, I just broke down and bought it it's The Biggest Looser simple swaps, I love love love this book

Also finally found out how many calories you need a day to loose the weight, you take your weight and times it by seven then you take the amount of calories and divide it by four that tells you how many calories per meal, the fourth number you divide by two and that tells you how many calories for two snacks a day you need.

for example I am 289X 7= 2023/4=505.75 or 506 so 506 per meal for breakfast lunch and dinner, then I take 506/2=253 calories for each snack .

One tip you have to maintain that to lose weight, I also bought the whey powder the vanilla, not so great in water, but it dose fill you up and it has 12 grams of protein, what you need to help build and repair muscle and burn the fat.

Yes, it is interesting. It seems like too many calories though. I do SPARKPEOPLE tracking, and they have my calories set at 1400-1700 per day. I have been aiming for 1500.

I thought that as well but they said if you don't go by the calories that your body needs you will slow down your metabolism, once you start loosing weight then you re figure it it cuts back your calories, I was doing 2200 at 320 and that is how I lost my weight, so then I thought well if I cut back then I'll loose more, found how I was slowing my body down. I went and bought some of the foods today and am going to make Spaghetti squash for the first time.
