Also finally found out how many calories you need a day to loose the weight, you take your weight and times it by seven then you take the amount of calories and divide it by four that tells you how many calories per meal, the fourth number you divide by two and that tells you how many calories for two snacks a day you need.
for example I am 289X 7= 2023/4=505.75 or 506 so 506 per meal for breakfast lunch and dinner, then I take 506/2=253 calories for each snack .
One tip you have to maintain that to lose weight, I also bought the whey powder the vanilla, not so great in water, but it dose fill you up and it has 12 grams of protein, what you need to help build and repair muscle and burn the fat.
