My first week is done and I lost 5 pounds!!! I am so proud of myself. My Dad was in the hospital and I did not turn to food! I am so proud of myself. Bring on week #2 I'm ready for you!!!!

You know it does feel awesome! I am proud of myself and am ready to take on my weight. I think I am finally at a place where I can do this. I have decided it is all about determination and having the right mind set. I feel like I am embarking on a new chapter of my life kind of a new adventure!!! Thanks for everyone's support it means the world to me! I feel like I have a whole bunch of cheerleaders in my corner rooting me on.
