Wii Just Dance
I'm so excited! I just ordered Wii Just Dance. It looks like so much fun.
You can see the trailer here (that's what sold me):
justdancegame.us.ubi.com/#/about-the-game-trailer
It should arrive next week. I'll report back on how it goes.
Does anyone here use this game for their work out?

Looking forward to the review. I love my wii fit plus, don't know how well it will work, but I figure that it gets me moving, which is a big plus. I hate just going to the gym and standing on the elliptical machine, so I'm always glad to hear of something that will get me moving and be fun at the same time.

Chattykathy ~ I don't think you will be disappointed with your purchase. I received Just Dance as a Christmas gift from my daughter and I love it!! Wii Fit Plus is also a hit in my house. The games are so much fun that you just forget that you're getting a workout in.

I just bought this and love the music in it! I kept saying "oh, I'd best stop now" after 30 minutes, but would see a song I liked and do it.
Hugs,
Ratkity
edit: it's also nice not to have the puppies trying to dance on the DDR mat with me! The only thing I need to watch is the ceiling fan when I raise my arms.. hehe.

GGGG!
The goofy goldens are fine. They were disappointed in the 2 inch snow fall. They played until most of it was trodden down or colored yellow. Now they are asleep by the fireplace. I work at home on Fridays and can keep the room warm, yay!
The Just Dance game is nice that I don't have to have the mat on the floor. Buford, the parrot, still screams encouragement. I find the game harder than DDR, but maybe because I've only done it a few times and I'm not coordinated .. I'm still getting a workout though!!
Hugs,
Ratkity

Now I'm even more excited!!!! I just wish they weren't out of it at our local walmart. Now I have to wait for the mail. Counting down the days...
Ratkity, It's nice to hear from someone that has both DDR and Just Dance. I originally wanted DDR but it's expensive to get both the mat and game, especially when I don't even know if I'll like it. I saw Just Dance mentioned in someone else's post and went to look at it and it sounds fun. I also wasn't sure if the mat would take my weight. You're dogs sound funny. When we Wii bowl we have put our dog, Winston, in another room-- he thinks we're throwing a ball for him and gets all under our feet. LOL!

I went to 3 places to find it last Saturday. I finally got the last one at Best Buy. The mats for DDR are foam and can handle any weight. I even have a delux mat that is thick foam and easiler on the feet.
Your Winston sounds like a character. My dogs don't think I have a ball in my hand. They can see the remote.
Hugs,
Ratkity

Too funny - the first time I Wii bowled I hit Gracie in my perfect follow thru - she's scared to death now - not an easy feat for the 100 lb (but dieting) lab.

Since reading this post this morning I've spent every free moment at work researching the Wii! I'm trying to decide if I should wait and get it for myself as a weight loss reward or if I should buy it tonight and use it as a weight loss aid. I'm leaning toward tonight because I'm so excited by the possibilities! Thoughts?
