As for me: it is sunday that means football and crafting lol. I am actually going to joanns to use their coupon and the to michaels later on for another sale. I need to get a few things..which will turn into alot of things lol. I am going to start my Leslie Sansone video tomorrow. I think I am good as far as the gallbladder surgery...not really sore anymore. Basically her dvd is walking so i should be fine. I wont over do it.

A week in, and I'm feeling pretty good. I only got in 1366 calories today, which I know is much too low, but I'm going to have 437 more calories before bed. I've been kind of low, but on purpose. I wanted to really re-set my body clock so to speak. Now I'm going to shoot for 1700-1800 a day, especially with the amount of exercise I've been getting in.

I think posting my calories everyday has been good for me as incentive to keep doing what works.
