Well, it's time to get back on the wagon. I've gained back all but 10 pounds of the 90 I lost 1 1/2 years ago. (God, that looks awful in writing
) Like everyone else, I know what I need to do, it's just getting up off my !@# and doing it!!
I refuse to change my ticker until I'm back under 350, so I'll set my first goal at that = 15 pounds. Dare I hope I can make it before my dr's appt on November 16
