Doesn't look like I posted yesterday's minutes: 60 (cardio/abs/stretching) and today I did 110 minutes (training session/cardio/stretching) for a total of 170.

Personal Total: 360 + 170 = 530

Group Total: 2872 + 170 = 3042

Personal--65 minutes + 60 minutes (2 days)= 125 minutes out

12 minutes walking the dog, didn't get as much in today as I would have liked but I'm doing great so far this month and am on track to make my goal

60 min for me. I'm a little behind in my goal (I think) but think I can rally!!

**20 mins strength training**

3,962 + 40 = 4,002

230/400 for my personal goal. And I've decided I'm going to up my goal to 800, since I've been making it to the gym and whatnot so much! I should be able to do it. :] Especially with my trip to St. Louis coming up, and lots of walking to be done! I think I might be able to get in 1,000 mins, but I don't want to push it, so if I go over, that's cool. :]
