I haven't posted much but I have to tell you that so far I have gone from 301 to 292 since I have joined the board. I work out three times a week at the Hospital Gym where I was going for physical therapy and have been out walking and working out on my exercize bike at home. Even If I don't post I have been reading your posts and looking to see how much weight all of you have lost and you are all truely an inspiration to me and give me hope. Thankyou all for being here.
