One week in and I wasn't really trying other than to get through the week without too much trouble. I did manage to go down .2 so I'm happy.

You ladies are soooo inspirational!

I started the year off weighing about 310. I'm now 301.6. Today I started the Fat Smash Diet and won't weigh in again until 04/24/09. I will update then.

im joining in this week

My weight on Jan.29th was 396.6 pounds (i gave birth this day at this weight!)
April 2 weight was 375.8
TODAYS weight is 375.4
Loss = 0.4

Total loss (11wks) = 21.2 pounds

I havnt been trying as i should ; so i am hoping by joining that i will hold myself accountable more than i have been!! weigh in days for me are Thursdays

Huzzah - down 4.7 this week. Almost all of that is water weight because I have edema and my doctor has me on lasix - but down is down.

I am very upset with my weigh-in today....I went up 2 lbs from last week....I even went for a nice long walk yesterday, so I am confused.

Last week - 302
This week - 304

madamruppy - down is down and 4 lbs is awesome. Congrats
