Happy Sunday everyone!
Well, I was supposed to do Day 3 of Week 1 on Friday but I didn't make it. First day of my period and my whole body was achy! Took Friday and Sat off from working out. I feel rested today. :-)
Week 1, Day 3 - DONE
Set 1 - 11
Set 2 - 15
Set 3 - 9
Set 4 - 9
Set 5 - 15
The last set was PAINFUL! and I could totally feel my core muscles working this time (well, more like trembling! ::Grin:
). I am very happy I've given myself this challenge.
In order to give my arms a rest, I will do push-ups on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday this week.
