I've been sick the past couple of days, so today was the first day I've been on the bike this week. Not a good start to the month, but I'll do extra to catch up.

You know, this was the thread that kept me motivated even when I wasn't coming to 3FC. I kept my minutes tracked, and now I feel that I'm part of something bigger than me, and it keeps me motivated to keep adding to it because I want to see huge exercise numbers for the group.
Earthshaker - I've been pretty absent myself the past few weeks, but like you I keep logging my minutes. That way I know I'll be back (even if just a little).

Hi everyone, just noticed this thread, I started three days ago so I'll put up all those minutes. I don't have a long term minutes goal but I'm trying to do at least 45 min a day.
8/7 - 75 min - walking
8/8 - 45 min - walking
8/9 - 45 min - walking
60 min cardio today. Probably one of my lamest workouts, though. I got a sharp pain in my abs in the first 5 min on the elliptical. I moved to recumbent bike, which I just don't like as much... went back to elliptical eventually, but never got my HR up. Oh well, at least I did an hour!
Group total ~ 1491 + 60 = 1551 min
