Weigh in as of 8/18: 297.8, a loss of 5.2 since 08/04.

Officially out of the 300's!!

Today’s weigh-in brings me to 277.4 which is 1.6 pounds less than last week.

I'm in the middle of TOM so not sure if that's affecting it or not, however, in a week I'm going to consider adjusting my calories down slightly. I was going to do this at 290, and then at 280, so it maybe is time to consider it.

Today’s weigh-in brings me to 274.6 which is 2.8 pounds less than last week. So yes, there was still water weight to be lost last Sunday.

As we say in TOPS, I turtled this week.
(stayed the same) My first no loss week in 21 weeks.

Today’s weigh-in brings me to 272.8 which is 1.8 pounds less than last week. I'm not sure if the change in my workout schedule might mean a change in weigh-in days. I may just recognize that next week will be a bad weigh-in and not worry about it.
