Well, it's Monday evening here and I've finished my last lot of exercise for the day. Today was quite productive - 30 mins treadmill in morning (jogging twice for 10 mins+ each time), then 10 mins brisk walk to school, 10 mins brisk walk home and another 30 mins on the treadmill (jogging intervals, but not as long.) I'm not sure why I've started wanting to jog on the treadmill, but I'll take it while it lasts.
I am 100 mins short of my goal this month, but I am not too bothered by that seeing as I didn't exercise at ALL for 8 consecutive days as I was following doctor's orders to rest to get over my bug.
Personal Goal... 1100/1200 - Putting me 100 mins BELOW goal.
I just added it up for my blog, so here's my June exercise:
3h 20m treadmill / 13h 30m strength training / 20 mins pool (various, incl. laps) / 4h yard work / 3h 40m walking outside / 1h 30m BBQ Assy
I think it's lower than other months. I've cut back on some of the cardio and worked more towards moving around more (ie. doing more stuff outside). I've only been counting heavy tasks outside.
