Jan. 29th weigh in **290 lbs**(248.5in)
down 5lbs and 3.75 in from last Tuesday and it's TOM to boot!
In all honesty, though, I was sick yesterday and didn't eat much so that is probably where the extra pounds(probably water) went....BUT I'LL TAKE IT!
I'm up to 300.6 today and my measurements went up to 160".
I don't really get it. I know I'm swollen and bloated, but I don't know
why, so I really hope it goes away. I haven't gone nuts with sodium, but I haven't been getting enough fluids this week either.
I don't want to change my ticker yet. I'm so sad.

Down 3 lbs....287lbs...I beat my goal of 10lbs by Feb 8th(13lbs so far and 3 days to go...now, should I weigh on the 8th...or wait till weigh in day???)!!!
I only lost 1 inch total for this week though<<<sigh>> oh well...I'll take what I can get.
I'm starting to notice the work days getting easier for me (not so worn out and tired). Today I was able to shovel my driveway without pain in my back, hips or knees! I am down another 5lbs. for the week.
Ack - I'm at 336.0 today, which is up .6 pounds from last week. That's 13 days now bouncing between 335.4 and 336.4. Completely on plan with food and exercise. So I'm taking a deep breath and continuing on without any changes for at least two more weeks.
Well, I feel kind of silly now about my mid-week meltdown. Stepped on the scale this morning and I'm 331.4 - down 4.6 pounds from last week's slightly up number. Thanks to those who made me realize that two weeks does not a plateau make.
Well, I'm not really surprised, but I'm up exactly one pound from last week, to 332.4. I gained three pounds in the last 2 days and my period started late yesterday, so the weigh-in is not a shock. I also never feel like I'm retaining water, but these last few days I actually feel like I'm retaining water. Oh well, on to the rest of the week!
