HI everyone, today is going to be a busy day at the office for me so I have no time for personals. But thank you to everyone for their messages. I love having a group like this to discuss weight loss with.
I took a look at the exercise thread and have decided to set a goal of 700 minutes for the month of October. My bf and I are getting married in Feb so I have been on myself to really lose this weight. I was not a skinny girl when he met me but I was in better shape. Well fast forward almost 2 years and one baby, and now I am feeling the effects of the weight. No one ever told me that having a baby makes it harder to lose weight. I lost 30 lbs 6 weeks after he was born but they have all come creeping back on me. Sigh.
But on a more positive note, I sat down with my bf and we made a mealplan for the week. We will be doing the dexatrim togethor, which is great because i hate taking pills. And I am planning on working out at least 3 times this week. I normally work through my lunch so I figure even if I go walking, that is better than what i normally do. Have a great day ladies.
