Vortex - Thanks for the tip! I will definitely keep an eye on it and not push it too hard. If it hasn't gone away soon I will go to the doctor.
Tonight I did 45 minutes with my trainer, bringing my total to 645. We did a bit of circuit training and a stress test and he as really impressed at the increase in my aerobic fitness!
The group total is now 6,170 + 45 = 6,215
