Now:
1. 1600 calories a day on average for maintenance.
2. Light activity (damn schoolwork!) but I am trying to exercise more (aren't we all........) But I always take the stairs, which means climbing a total of probably 20 flights during the normal working course of a day. So, I try and get in physical activity even if I am not at a gym.
3. Zero. I am maintaining.

When I was losing:
1. Lowered to 2400 a day (approx. I didn't count for the first year) and then eventually had to lower my intake to 1300 a day for loss toward the end of my journey.
2. Same as above, only with more concerted exercise efforts.
3. 1 lb a week on average. One month I lost 11lbs, a few others I lost 0. Ya just have to keep with it.
4. Started at 272 and just kept working my way down......
