Default Body Fat H2O Scales are they accurate?

does anyone have an at home scale that displays body fat % and hydration %?

I just bought one and I am not sure if it is accurate. It has shown my hydration is 26% to 30% and my body fat from 58% to 64% depending on the time of day. The booklet says that a womans hydration should be around 50% does this mean I am severely dehydrated? I can believe the fat % since I am considered morbidly obese at this point.

I dont know...does anyone out there have similar thoughts on this?
