Well, another month's total to be added for me. I know that this may not be the best way to do it, but I enter my exercise into my diary each day and it just seems easier for me to add it all here at the end.
A lot of this month's exercise, other than walking and jogging (treadmill), has been doing the Leslie Sansone DVDs - Walk/Jog (with jogging intervals) and Walk/Kick (with Kick Boxing intervals). I do them one after the other to get in a 60 min workout and I jog in between the two, during the cool down of the first one and the warm up of the second. That means that I am jogging for 12 minutes at once, which isn't too bad for someone who said she would NEVER jog. These are my favourite form of working out at the moment. I am still having one or two rest days a week, which is working out well, and I do up to 80 mins on other days, so it balances out.
Anyway... my totals are...
Personal Goal... 1560/1200, putting me 360 mins OVER my goal.
I have been forgetting to add in my minutes! I won't total my own, because I know I am way under this month, but I might as well help the group along.
Let's see . . . Friday - 60 minutes elliptical, Monday - 20 minutes walking, Tuesday - 30 elliptical and 30 trainer and then yesterday - 35 elliptical. Yesterday's elliptical was at hill level 7 - my highest yet. It completely wore me out, but it felt good to push myself.
40 mins weight training tonight. Brings my total to 100 for the day! I haven't done that in a LONG time, and I'm definately feeling it! Definately couldn't do that every day! lol.

Cardio: 1,125 mins!
Strength Training: 325 mins!
Total: 1,450 mins! Yay!
Rosebud -- Thanks for catching that error. I've actually been catching a number of errors all month from a number of us! (now that I can edit the posts I sometimes just do that...)
I love it when we get over 16K in a month!!
20 min for me. I took the dogs on a walk. Not the great elliptical workout I wanted to get in, but I made my goal!
Group total ~ 16,038 + 20 = 16,058 min
I need to add in about 4 hours' worth of exercise. I've been slacking in the posting department, but I've gotten in some exercise in that time. So, our total is 16103+240=16343 minutes.
